Blog 3: Camera Angles and Shots Project
The photo above is my wide shot. This photo is probably the silliest picture i have ever taken on my phone.
The Camera Angles and Shots Project was, in my opinion, a pretty fun activity. We got out of our chairs and interacted with the environment around us and got to exercise what we had learned about angles and shots in a cool way. The photos themselves came out a bit goofy though.
For example, my extreme close up
I think this close up is kind of funny because it looks like someone just shoved a phone onto my face unexpectedly.
A huge issue was any shot that involved two people such as the over the shoulder shot or two shot. Luckily i solved this by taking photos of other people while they shot their own photos.
my two shot
One final issue worth noting was the lack of space in the room, there were too many people and too little space; this would prove taking my photos extremely difficult as i couldn't find anywhere to take my shots. This is most pronounced on my wide shot where i had to place my phone on the ground. Overall this was a nice project. I hope to see more activities like these in the future.
Love the pictures they are perfect examples of the camera angles
ReplyDeleteThe pictures seem like really good examples of camera angles. The first one makes the person look much more taller and menacing leading to an amazing effect.
